Customer Technical Support Manager -1

Advanced IP network and Linux/Unix system administration skills with past experience providing customer technical support, excellent problem solving skills and good managerial skill or leadership aptitude.

 

Technical Support Trainer -1

Expert in IP network and Linux/Unix system administration with past experience providing customer technical support, excellent problem solving skills along with good training, presentation and communication skills.

 

System Programmer -1

Experienced in any one programming language such as C, C++, Python, PHP or scripting in Perl/Bash with past experience in Linux/Unix system and MySQL database administration. 

 

Network Programmer -1

Experienced in any one programming language such as C, C++, Python, PHP or scripting in Perl/Bash with past experience in IP networking, network monitoring applications and protocols. 

 

System Engineer -1

Experienced in advanced Linux/Unix system administration, writing scripts in Perl or Bash, managing MySQL database and system monitoring.

 

Network Engineer -1

Experienced in advanced IP routing, switching and various advanced networking protocols such as Bgp, Ospf and Mpls, proficient in writing scripts in Bash or Perl and network monitoring. 

 

Customer Technical Support Representative - 15

Solid fundamental knowledge of Internet, Internet based applications, various mediums of last mile network connectivity medium, technologies, protocols and its operations along with hands on troubleshooting experience and excellent communication skills.
