Job Title: Android Developer
Required: 3 nos.
Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur
Job Description:
- Manage the full technical life-cycle of Android applications during each development phase.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm about new products, provide each other with technical insight and review working drafts.
- Document and maintain design specifications, source code, and archives for new applications and ideas.
- Work with product managers, clients and sales teams to assess customer demand and usability of new applications.
- Perform individual project components within the entire development lifecycle including implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Work from UI/UX requirements, APIs, mockups to build functional, high-performance Android phone and tablet apps.
- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs to increase the functionality of new applications.
- Understand the nuances of fragments and Android XML layouts, and how to create adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors.
- Obtain buy-in from leadership in order to secure resources for app development.
Min. Academic Qualification: BE, BScSCIT, BCA, BCS
Min. Work Experience: One year
- Preference for those with working knowledge of Flutter
Additional Requirements:
- Experience as a software engineer, so that you can share your knowledge and past experiences with us
- A strong passion for creating exceptional Android apps
- A deep interest in software architecture and design that goes beyond just viewing an Android app as a bunch of fragments
- A strong will to learn new things and push your teammates forward, whether they are in the office next to you or working remotely
- Proficient English language skills, as we use English for most of our communications

Job Title: Django Developer

Job Description: 

We are looking for a number Python Web Developers responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You are also expected to be proficient in Front-End technologies. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a solid understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Additional Requirements:

- Conversant in Python3, with knowledge of Django Framework. Knowledge of Gunicorn is preferred
- Able to design databases and models efficiently

- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack
- Clear understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Knowledge of Django REST framework
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
- Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
