Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Graduate in Engineering preferably in Electrical
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali languages
- Ensure traceability and provide prompt solutions to all electrical product and related issues
- Carry out issues in a timely manner as per work order routine
- Be responsible for ensuring that area of work is maintained hazard-free and tidy
- Produce relevant documentation on work
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Be action and result oriented
- Have problem solving and analytical skill
- Hace risk assessment skill
- Self-disciplined, cooperative manner with capacity to work in a multi-product environment
