Himalayan Brewery Ltd. and Trishakti Distilleries Pvt. Ltd., producers of Kathmandu, Iceberg and Commando beer and liquor brands such as Marshal, Vigra, Trishakti Diamond, Dolphin, Perfect and Madhosh, announces vacancy for the following position:
Plant Manager - 1 (Factory: Godavari, Lalitpur)
Job Description: S/he should prepare and implement preventive maintenance plan, deal with breakdown of machineries and carry out prompt repairs, ensure optimum efficiency from plant and machines, ensure timely completion of new projects, plant installations, prepare project reports, develop standard operating procedures, train plant supervisors and operators.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering(Masters preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Experience in Beverage or Brewery line would be an advantage.
Applicants for the position should have the following skills and qualities: S/he should have high level of integrity, have effective communication, administration, team player and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of MS Office programs and applications, attribute of creative and critical thinking and proactive initiatives, dedication to work with attention to details and ability to work extra hours.
