PROJECT MANAGER
(Duty Station: Western Development Region)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and Plan the detail activities of FMCG Factory project from construction to its operation. Prepare annual and quarterly work plans and reports on projected costs, employees and equipment required. Prepare time schedule of project, monitor the schedule plan, and update the plan as required.
2. Implement the Project plan and support the delivery of funds implementation as mentioned in the plan. Contact and coordinate equipment supplier and vendor. Estimate cost, resources needed and initiate hiring or reporting the need for outsourced service. Mobilize personnel, goods and services, draft terms of reference and work specification and oversee all contractors' work.
3. Monitor the progress against the approved work plan and document all related activities. Perform regular progress reporting to the project board as agreed to with the board. Monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports. Manage and monitor the project risks identified and submit new risks to the project board for consideration and decision on possible actions if required.

Required Qualification:
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Project Management and knowledge of Technical Field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
OR
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Project Management and knowledge of Technical Field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
