Position: Assistant Manager Engineering or Manager Engineering
Requirements:

• Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine/Industrial Engineering field with 3-5 years of experience at a senior position in any reputed 5 Star Hotel or any reputed organization.
• Age up to 45 years.

Knowledges/Abilities: The Assistant Manager Engineering/Manager Engineering is responsible for the efficient maintenance & operations of the Hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance, repair services and protection of the Hotel's asset. Structural aspects of the Hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

Candidate must promote the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service adherence to brand standards of IHG.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and more.

Chief Engineer

Requirements Age: Between 35-50 years

Education: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering

Experience: At least 07-10 years of experience in related field with two years of experience at a senior position or Department Head in a 5 Star Hotel or any reputed organization.

Abilities/Knowledge

• He would be responsible for operation of equipments, maintenance/repair services and protection of the Hotel's asset.
• Structural aspects of the Hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities, all fall within the span of responsibility.
• Preventive maintenance and effective administration ability would also be required.
