Duty Station: Lahan, Siraha

Duration: Service contract issued annually based on satisfactory performance.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience: At least 5 years in River Management/Flood Risk Management/Disaster Management with successful implementation of flood risk reduction activities.

- Experience of having worked in areas of flood risk reduction/disaster management and CBEWS is highly desirable.

- Experience on planning, monitoring and evaluation of community based projects

- Prior work experience with development organizations in the Terai will be a distinct advantage.

Skills:

- Good report writing skills is a must.

- Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali languages.
