Technical Advisor - Shelter -1 position based in Nuwakot - HI/ERD/PROG/010
Under the direct supervision of Shelter Project Manager, Technical Advisor -Shelter will be responsible for supporting the Shelter Project Manager on all technical choices related to Shelter design, training materials, and implementation strategies/methodologies and in the promotion of inclusion through accessibility recommendations on construction.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in civil engineering or architecture or related field with at least three years experiences in SHELTER/architecture/ civil engineering, including worksite management, BOQ procurement process, tender follow-up; coupled with minimum 2 years of management experience preferably in I/NGO sector.
• Proven experience in cash transfer programming project is an asset
• Proven experience in cash transfer programming project is an asset
• Proven ability to manage partnerships from administrative and as well as operational view.
• Knowledge of Archi CAD or Auto CAD mandatory and good knowledge in Word and Excel software.
