(Environment and Resource Management Consultant), established in 1986, is one of the leading consulting firms working in various Asian countries such as Nepal, Bhutan, Armenia and Afghanistan. We are specialized in water resources and irrigation, river basin management, water supply and sanitation, urban development, roads, river engineering, hydropower and other infrastructure sector. We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the below positions for the project- Building Climate Resilience of Watershed in Mountain Eco-Regions:

 

1. Position: GIS/MIS Specialist

Required Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Management Information Systems, Computer Systems, Industrial Management Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years (preferably 10 years) of experience in the application of GIS and design of MIS/GIS integrated systems. Previous experience in designing MIS systems using open source software. Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing capacity development programs required to implement MIS programs.

Remuneration: NRs. 1,25,000 to 1,50,000 based upon experience.

Duty Station: Dadeldhura

 

 

2. Position: GIS/MIS Assistant

Required Minimum Qualification: At least Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Systems, Industrial Management Engineering, Information Technology or related field with at least 2 years of experience in application of GIS and design of MIS/GIS integrated systems.

Remuneration: NRs. 50,000 to 80,000 based upon experience.

Duty Station: Dadeldhura

 

3. Position: Water Supply/Water Resource Engineer

Required Minimum Qualification: At least Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in rural water supply and/or irrigation projects.

Remineration: Negotiable

Duty Station: Dadeldhura
