Your profile for the post:
• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering/Management, Sanitary Engineering Disaster Risk Management, Social Sciences or a field relevant to international WASH related development assistance or Humanitarian assistance. Additional training in Health Education or Communication for Development (Programme Communication), an asset
• One (1) year of experience in WASH related program implementation, including experience in WASH in Emergencies and/of in Disaster Risk Management integration in WASH program especially with Government and/or UN or ING0s. Familiarity with UNICEF working processes and programs an added value.
• Functional Competencies: Planning and Organizing, Applying Technical Expertise, Analyzing, Formulating Strategies and Concepts, Learning and Researching
• The candidate must have excellent command of written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
