Hotel Garima (P.) Ltd. a project promoted by leading business houses in Eastern Nepal, currently under construction in Itahari, Sunsari, Nepal is seeking to recruit well qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following position. The Prospective candidates must meet the following selection criteria.
Job Position: Project Manager
- B.E. (Civil Engineering) from recognized university;
- M.E. (Civil Engineering) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in high quality standard of finishing works in building construction. Experience in furnishing works is preferred.
- Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the construction sites.
- Experience in finishing and furnishing hotel projects is preferred.
- Excellent use of MS Office software including MS Project, Auto CAD.
