Verisk Information Technologies, a software research and development center FOR VERISK ANALYTICS, PARENT COMPANY, is looking for both Junior and Senior Positions: 

 

Java Engineer

■ Development experience on JAVA technology (12EE or 6, Servlets, Spring Framework)

■ Experience in PL-SQL scripts in Oracle database

■ Experience of working as technical lead would be an advantage

 

Quality Assurance Engineer
■ Knowledge of preparing Test Artifacts (Test cases, Test Plans, Test Scripts)

■ Knowledge of Software Testing Technique, Linux OS and commands, PL/SQL in Oracle

■ Familiar with Basic Java and Junit/TestNG , Knowledge of test automation using Selenium, 'Meter, SoapUl and Agile/Scrum would be added benefit

 

Database Engineer(PL/SQL)

■ Knowledge on DB - Oracle (PL/SQL)

■ Familiar with scripting (Shell, Pert) language and with code versioning system like SVN
■ Knowledge on Agile/Scrum is preferred

 

SQL Engineer(MSSQL Server)
■ Should have knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server 2008, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Joins, Functions, Indexes
■ Should have knowledge of Performance Tuning/Optimization, be familiar with Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices], continuous Integration, Test Driven Development (TDD), SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)
