Asia Medical College & Teaching Hospital Pvt Ltd, a young and dynamic Health Institute is looking for the followings positions on its expansion and construction of a state-of-the-art Hospital Building:
POST : RESIDENT ENGINEER
Qualification and Experiences: Candidate should be a Civil Engineer with minimum 3 years of direct site based experience on non residential construction projects with single building size not less than 40,000 sq ft. Ability to fluently converse in English, Hindi, Nepali with technical comfort in MS Office and cad based technical drawings. Experience should include familiarity with best practices and on-site supervision and management of civil, structural, water and sewage infrastructure and electrical installation. Candidate must have good and verifiable referrals available.
Major Responsibilities: Liaisoning with local statutory bodies, day to day supervision of all works and insure quality of construction as planned, co-ordinate all construction activities, record all quantity measurements and measure the works carried out, etc.
POST : MAINTENANCE OFFICER
Qualification and Experiences: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical with minimum 2 years experience.
