Nepal Bank Limited invites the applications from qualified, goal oriented and highly motivated Nepali Citizen for the position of IT/MIS Head for four (4) years subject to further extension of contract. The salary and benefits are negotiable. The purpose of the job is to manage Bank-wide IT/MIS functions that will help the Bank gear and run quality systems and information for day-to-day and strategic IT/MIS decisions.

Eligibility:
1. Academic Qualification:
Master Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Electronics/Computer/ IT Engineering, Business Administration, Management Studies, Public Administration, Economies or Social Science with Bachelor Degree in Computer sciences, Information Technology, Electronics/Computer/IT Engineering from an accredited college or university.
2. Job Related Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer(CIO), Chief IT/MIS, Head IT/MIS, Head IT, Head MIS, Head Card and Payments, Head Card or equivalent designation in Commercial Bank in Nepal or Abroad
OR
Minimum 7 years of experience as Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Head IT, Senior Database Administrator, Senior Software Developer or equivalent designation in Clearing House, Core Banking Developer, National Payment System network provider.
However, candidate with experience in banking sector will be preferential. At the stage of proposal evaluation experience of only one sector either banking or other sector as mentioned above in eligibility will be considered if some or few candidates are having experience in both.
3. 4 years IT Strategic Plan:
The candidate must submit the extensive Strategic plan for 4 years, specifically for Nepal Bank Limited, demonstrating his/her understanding of IT Systems Goals including following:
• Understanding of Job
• Alignment of proposed IT Goals to Bank Goals
• Quality of proposed IT infrastructure development /management plan
• Project Management Approach
• Leadership and H.R. Management Approach
• New Banking Host (CBS) implementation/migration/Update/deployment approach
The Plan should demonstrate the candidate best ability to perform the assignment as IT/ MIS Head of the Bank.

3. Academic Qualification
4. Interview
