• Establish clear ownership for housing project tasks.
• Ability in project planning, scheduling and implementation.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of housing project objectives.
• Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates projects status, issues & risk management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering, preferably Master's in Construction Management.
Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in housing construction and site management
