Engineering Jobs Vacancy @ Nepal Hospitality Group (P)Ltd.

Nepal Hospitality Group (P) Ltd., a subsidiary of MS Group, a leading conglomerate business house in Nepal and the owner of the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel currently under construction in Kathmandu, is seeking to recruit well-qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions. The Prospective candidates must meet the following selection criteria.

1. Position: Project Manager
Qualifications and minimum requirements:

• B.E.(Civil Engineering) from recognized university; M.E. (Civil Engineering) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in high quality standard of finishing works in building construction. Experience in furnishing works is preferred.
• Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the construction sites.
• Experience in finishing and furnishing hotel projects is preferred.
• Excellent use of MS Office software including MS Project, AutoCAD.

2. Position: Senior Engineer
Qualifications and minimum requirements:

• B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.E.(Civil Engineeing) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years or above in building experience.
• Capable to execute the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitation(MEP) work at site.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office is compulsory.
• Preference will be given to candidate having experience in the construction of Hotel and Resorts.

3. Position: Site Engineer
Qualifications and minimum requirements:

• B.E. (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in high quality standard of finishing works in building construction.
• Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.
• Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
• Good understanding of MS Office software including MS Project.

along with Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor and Plumbing Supervisor.
