1) Project Manager : 1 No.

Job Description:

• Establish clear ownership for project tasks.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint & release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
• Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.• Others duties as assigned.

Qualification : M.E or Equivalent from Reputed University with excellent grades.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.

 

2) Quantity Surveyor : 1 No.

Job Description:

• Conduct quantity survey of the projects (Buildings, roads & sewage) and prepare structural design of the civil structures.
• Maintain necessary communication and coordination with Sanitary Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Architectural Engineers and Civil Engineers regarding design and drawings of the projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities of the newly launched projects.
• Devise unit rate analysis of Civil works related items.
• Perform other related and relevant duties as needed.

Qualification : B.E in Civil Engineer or Equivalent from Reputed University with excellent grades.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.

 

3) Civil Engineer : 1 No.

Qualification : B.E or Equivalent from Reputed University with excellent grades.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in related field.
