CARE Nepal is an international humanitarian organization working in the country for the past 35 years. It currently works in 46 districts through various programs on issues relating to improving the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable populations through programs in natural resource management, livelihoods, women empowerment, governance and accountability, equity and social justice.
CARE Nepal hereby invites applications from interested candidates for the following full time position.
IT Specialist (Based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Program Support Director, the IT Specialist will be responsible for managing, planning, designing, developing and implementing CARE's network based integrated information systems to support the management and administrative functions of CARE-Nepal.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT or any relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in the field of Information Systems Management. Certification of computer programming and information systems management is desirable.
