Project Manager
Skills and Qualifications required for the position:
- M.E.(Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management) from a reputed institution
- 10-12 years for progressive work experience in an international standard hospitality or commercial building project with a leadership role.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring and implementation of based engineering practices at all stages after construction; preparing BOQ, project schedule and timelines, cost analysis, product and services outsourcing skills.
- Should have level 1 English language skills including report writing.
- Proficient in use of computer software including AutoCAD.
- Should be able to efficiently coordinate at all levels of Government, semi-government, private agencies and with all stakeholders.
- Should be result oriented and with proven troubleshooting skills.
Civil Engineer (Head, Civil Department)
Skills and Qualifications required for the position: - B.E.(Civil Engineering)
- 5-7 years of progressive working experience in a reputed hospitality building construction and ancillary services.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction and manage ground up project including programming, design, entitlement, bidding and construction management. Should be capable of monitoring and executing all associated services required with a building construction. I.E.MEP, HVAC, sanitation and finishing work related to building construction, etc., as per the standard engineering practices.
- Should be a team player and must be capable of coordinating with all concerned stakeholders for the timely completion and execution of job.
- Proficient in English and local language as required.
