1. Job Title: Senior Architect
Required: 1 no.
Location: Kathmandu
Min. Academic Qualification: Bachelors' in Architecture (Masters preferable)
Min. Work Experience: Having minimum five year of working experience, with experience in design of buildings/commercial complex/cultural heritage/traditional houses.
- Working knowledge of 3D software like Sketchup, 3D Max or Lumion, shall be added advantage.

2. Job Title: Architect
Required: 2 nos.
Location: Kathmandu
Min. Academic Qualification: Bachelors' in Architecture
Min. Work Experience: Having minimum one year of working experience, with experience in design of buildings/commercial complex/cultural heritage/traditional houses.
- Working knowledge of 3D software like Sketchup, 3D Max or Lumion, shall be added advantage.

3. Job Title: Draftsperson/ Sub-Engineer
Required: 2 nos.
Location: Kathmandu
Min. Academic Qualification: Diploma in Architecture/ Civil
Min. Work Experience: Having minimum two years of working experience, with experience of municipal drawing of residential and commercial buildings.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and by laws shall be advantageous.
