aQysta Nepal is the regional entity of the Netherlands based fast-growing international organization. aQysta Nepal is established with a vision to innovate and deploy technological solutions that can create an impact in the development of Nepal. aQysta Nepal is currently deploying the innovative, award-winning Barsha pump across Nepal. The Barsha pump is a hydro-powered pump, that uses the energy of flowing rivers or canal to pump water, without using any fuel or electricity.

Job Title: Implementation Overseer

Required: 2 nos.

Job Description: The Implementation Overseer will be a full time position, who leads the implementation of the Barsha pump sold to different organizations and individuals in Nepal.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Manage the implementation activities of Barsha pumps 2. Manage Logistics for implementation of pumps 3. Train field technicians for assembly and installations. 4. Co-ordinate field implementation officers

Skills and Attributes:
1. Self motivated, Independent with the mentality of getting things done. 2. Willing to travel frequently around the country for implementation 3. Basic skills required for assembling pumps (drilling, screwing etc) 4. Good analytical/critical thinking to innovate and improve in the implementation process 5. Can communicate well with communities and end users

Min. Academic Qualification: Overseer(Civil, Mechanical/Industrial)

Min. Work Experience: Preferably with 1 to 2 years of field experience. However, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
