Position: Executive Director
Academic Qualification: At least Master's degree in Highway Engineering or Management(or equivalent as prescribed by Public Service Commission)
Work Experience: At least Ten Years' experience in related field.
Age: Should be more than 35 years and less than 55 years.
• Person will be disqualified, if he/she is:
- Non-Nepali
- Prosecuted by Court for Criminal and Moral Turpitude
- Incumbent in a political position within last one year
Selection Criteria:
A. CV Evaluation includes:
a. Additional relevant Master degree or Higher degree,
b.Trainings in related field. (National of duration minimum two weeks and International of duration minimum five days)
c. Publications in National/International Professional Journals in related field,
d.Adequate experience in management (decision making level) in related Field,
B. Thematic paper writing and presentation will be from the best five shortlisted (CV Evaluation) candidates. [The topic for paper writing will be provided after CV Evaluation results.]
C. Interview will be among the best three shortlisted candidates.
Contract Period: Four years. Probability of extension for one more tenure based on performance as per Executive Director's Regulation, 2059 and Roads Board Act, 2058.
