Requirements:

• Master's degree in civil engineering or architecture and proven experience in shelter and/or construction related project is required, preferably in humanitarian field in emergency context
• Proven experience in Cash transfer programming project is an asset
• Strong communication, analytical, reporting and organizational skills
• Excellent competency or written and spoken English and Nepali
