EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology

• CCNA/RHCE/CCVP certification is preferred

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience on VOIP and Data networking, Unix/Linux Administration and Network Operation Centre

KEY SKILLS

• Good exposure in VoIP and its protocol behavior includes 11323, SIR The standard codec's in VoIP (G729, G723, G711...etc).

• Prior experience with any VolP platforms, Cisco and Asterisk is preferred. Basic knowledge of Asterisk based signaling converters • Configuration of Linksys, IP phones and other devices.

• Cisco Routers and Firewalls, Network security,Access-List, Routing and Switching.

• Good idea of IP Address, Subnet mask, IP Data Networking,

• Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite, OSI layer.

• Hands on experience in working with UNIX /Linux environment.

• Experience with any Telecom billing servers and its database-Pgsql

• Trouble shooting of System hardware and networking. Strong analytical and debugging skill.

• Good exposure to interact with the customers.
