Nepal Hospitality Group (P) Ltd, a subsidiary of MS Group, a leading conglomerate business house in Nepal and the owner of the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel currently under construction in Kathmandu, is seeking to recruit well-qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions. The Prospective candidates must meet the following selection Qualifications and minimum requirements:
Site Engineer
- B.E. (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in high quality standard of finishing works in building construction.
- Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.
- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
- Good understanding of MS Office software including MS Project.
Site Supervisor
- Excellent comprehension of engineering schematics and drawings and an ability to execute finishing works accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in high quality standard of finishing works in building construction.
- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given priority.
Electrical Supervisor
- Excellent comprehension of electrical detail drawings and execute the works accordingly.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in electrical works in hospitality projects.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervision of electrical works.
