Bottlers Nepal Limited is a part of Coca-Cola SABCO group and Franchise Bottler of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal. We are looking for the following positions;
Total Productivity Management Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing TPM plan and process
• Ensure the establishment of TPM Standard and communication to all concerned heads
• Develop and execute TPM Training plan for all the plants based on TPM Skill Matrices
• Instruct TPM pillar leaders on basic TPM concept, tools and skills in applying them in work
• Provide guidance and support on TPM where necessary in plant
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
• Bachelor in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. TPM accreditation shall be added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience within FMCG environment is preferable
• Negotiation, presentation and influential skills
• Demonstrated ability of developing staff in his area to meet future demands
• Leadership ability and proven aptitude to motivate the Team
Mechanical Artisan
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation through regular maintenance of the equipment.
• Ensure minimum down-time (maximum availability} of production lines, services, equipment and machines
• Plan and execute Mechanical projects that will increase the productivity
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Hands on experience in maintenance with minimum 3 years' experience are preferable
