Requirements:
o Candidates must possess at least BE Computer Engineer/BIT/BCA degree
o Experience in windows desktop support & PC hardware.
o Knowledge in networking concepts and standards(ICP/IP)
o Experience in troubleshooting devices such as printers, webcam & biometric device is an added advantage.
o Ability to work productively in a team and independently as required.
o Problem solving skills & with drive to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
