Service Administrator/Manager
Qualification and responsibilities:
- Engineering Graduate preferably in Computer Hardware and Electronics.
- Excellent verbl and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive work experience in an Authorised Service Center of an International electronics brand
- Experience in time card entry, work order and invoice processing, maintenance and up-keep of customer records, etc.
- Excellent Hardware and software knowledge
- Quick diagnostics and trouble-shooting skills
- Previous billing experience, dispatching experience and solid customer service background
- Ability to proper and timely communication principal, customers, follow-up skills
- Answering internal and customer service calls
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Inventory and parts management skills required.
Executive-Service
Qualification and responsibilities:
- Engineering Graduate preferably in Electronics
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
- Ensure traceability and provide prompt solutions to all technical and product related issues
- Responsible for the assembly and test of equipment
- Issues to be carried out in a timely manner as per work order routine
- Responsible for ensuring that area of work is maintained hazard-free and tidy
- Produce relevant documentation on work
- Customer focus and satisfaction
- Maintain quality of work as per CI
- Action and Result oriented.
- Problem solving and analytical skill
- Ability to read and understand drawings and Engineering part specifications
- Ability to reassemble products in accordance with the drawings, engineering part specifications and assembly procedures
- Good knowledge of product testing
- Risk assessment skill
- Self-disciplined, cooperative manner with a capacity to work in a multi-product environment
- Ability to work on their own as well as a part of a team.
