The following vacancy exists in the company's factory at Hetauda.
Position: Factory Manager (One)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and/or Electrical).
- 5-7 years production experience in consumer products industries.The last few years should be as head of production department or a factory head.
- Communication and man-management skills to handle 100+workers.
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Basic IT skills.
- Knowledge of production safety, quality & maintenance.
