Job Description:
- Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials and color
- Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of project
- Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements, and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site
- Consult with other professionals about design
- Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project
- Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
- Assess the impact on the local environment
- Keep within financial budgets and deadlines
- Negotiate with contractors and other professional
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans
- Prepare scale working drawings and municipal drawings
- Plan layout of project
- Administer construction contracts
- Excellent computer-aided design skills and 3D software such as Sketch up and V-ray.
Min. Academic Qualification: Bachelors
Min. Work Experience: Freshers too can apply.
