1. Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer
Required: 2 nos.
Location: Kathmandu

Job Roles:
Responsible for successful Installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Coordination with clients, other agency for creating work fronts, clearing constraints, attending priority works
• Preparing cost working for new item
• Mobilization of resources such as subcontractor, material, tools etc.,
• Frequent review of site activities for monitoring progress and analysing future requirements. Knowledge in study of pipe line drawing and development.
• Ducting work & F.C.U, A.H.U and Split unit.
• Thorough knowledge in material request and inspection on over all store keeping process.
• Knowledge in preparing of check list and execution.
• Planning & Preparation of Shop Drawings

2. Job Title: Asst. Supervisor
Required: 6 nos.
Location: Kathmandu and Outside
Job Roles:
- Carry out the assign the workload according to the requirements so that the assigned work is completed within time
- Supervise the daily procedures of various work to ensure smooth flow of work
- Maintain the quality of work
- Resolve the queries at the earliest so that the work proceeds without any interruption
- Others, as per site requirements.
