aQysta Nepal is the regional entity of the Netherlands based fast-growing international organization. It is established with a vision to innovate and deploy technological solutions that can create an impact in the development of Nepal. It is currently deploying the innovative, award-winning Barsha pump across Nepal. The Barsha pump is a hydro-powered pump that uses the energy of flowing rivers or canal to pump water, without using any fuel or electricity.

Applications are invited from interested and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Job Title: Implementation Overseer/Technician
Required: 2 nos.
Location: Kathmandu with frequent travel outside valley
Job Description: The Implementation Overseer will be a full time position, who leads the implementation of the Barsha pump sold to different organizations and individuals in Nepal. S/he shall
- Lead and Manage the implementation activities of Barsha pumps
- Manage Logistics for implementation of pumps
- Train field technicians of distributors and organizations for assembly and installations.
Min. Academic Qualification: Diploma or CTEVT in Mechanical/Civil/Automobile engineering
Min. Work Experience: Preferably with 1 year of field experience. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
1. Self-motivated, Independent with the mentality of getting things done.
2. Willing to travel frequently around the country for implementation
3. Basic skills required for assembling pumps (drilling, screwing etc)
4. Good analytical/critical thinking to innovate and improve in the implementation process
5. Can communicate well with communities and end users
