1. Job Title: Civil Engineer
Required: 3 nos.
Location: Kathmandu
Min. Academic Qualification: Bachelors' in Civil Engineering
Min. Work Experience: Having one year of working experience with good knowledge of structural analysis and design of buildings using Structural softwares, preparation of Bill of Quantities and estimates.
- Candidate with experience in design and supervision of high rise buildings/steel structures/traditional houses shall have added advantage.

2. Job Title: Architect
Required: 4 nos.
Location: Kathmandu
Min. Academic Qualification: Bachelors' in Architecture
Min. Work Experience: Having minimum one year of working experience, with experience in design of buildings/commercial complex/cultural heritage/traditional houses.
- Working knowledge of 3D software like Sketchup and 3D Max shall be added advantage.
