1. Must be bachelor degree qualified in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience in related road assignments since graduation.
2. Ideally have at least 2 years of experience in the position of 'Team Leader' (Engineering) or equivalent managerial level.
3. Have a significant experience in design and construction of roads in hilly regions ideally through labour-based techniques
4. Prepared to make extensive field visits by foot.
