Academic Qualification: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering

Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in related road assignments since graduation

- At least 2 years in the position of 'Team Leader' (Engineering) or equivalent managerial experience

- Should demonstrate a strong managerial background in road asset management including planning, public procurement and road maintenance/ construction supervision.
