1. Position: Senior Engineer

Academic Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering(M.E. preferable)

Work Experience: 7 years or above in finishing activities or building construction preferably in hotel projects.

- Capable to operate basic software including MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

2. Position: Project Manager(New Project Development)

Academic Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

Work Experience: 7 years in Hotel and Residential Projects.

- Capable to monitor day to day activities at site, have better understanding of project schedule and coordinate with multiple teams at site.

3. Position: Site Engineer

Academic Qualification: B.E.(Civil Engineer) from a recognized university

Work Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in construction, repairs & maintenance of building projects.

- Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.

- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.

4. Position: Structural Engineer

Academic Qualification: B.E. in Civil(M.E. preferable)

Work Experience: 3 years in Building project analysis design and supervision.

- Able to identify analysis and solve problems.

5. Position: Architect

Academic Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture

Work Experience: 2-5 years in building construction

- Should demonstrate skills in detailing of interior and architecture design, experience in construction sites and understanding of construction technology.

- Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and MS Office.

6. Position: Quantity Surveyor

Academic Qualification: B.E. in Civil

Work Experience: 3 years in bill preparation and checking of building construction.

- Liaise with architects, engineers, building contractors, suppliers and project owners.
