- Strong communication skills and strong English

- Bachelor in civil engineering; masters-level is preferred

- At least 2 years structural experience. Knowledge of earthquake engineering is advantageous.

- Observation, assessment & reporting skills

- Practical and inventive approach to engineering solutions
