Academic Qualification: BE in civil (M.E. preferable)
Work Experience: At least 3 years in building project analysis, design and supervision

3. Position: Architect
Academic Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture
Work Experience: 2 to 5 years in building construction
- Should demonstrate skills in detailing of interior and architecture design, experience in construction sites and understarding of construction technology.
- Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and MS Office.

4. Position: Site Engineer
Academic Qualification: B.E (Civil Engineer)
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in construction, repairs & maintenance of building proiects
- Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase
- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
- Good understanding of MS Office software including MS Project
5. Position: Quantity Surveyor
Academic Qualification: B.E. in Civil
Work Experience: At least 3 years in bill preparation and checking of building construction
