2. Position: Construction Finishing Manager(Interior)
Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering(Civil Engineer)
Work Experience: 5 years in interior finishing works of building
- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference
Skills: Must be able to supervise high quality POP, False Ceiling, Tile, Marble works.
3. Position: Quantity Surveyor
Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering(Civil Engineer)
Work Experience: 5 years as a quantity surveyor in construction and finishing works of building projects.
- Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
Skills: Good understanding of MS Office software including MS Project.
4. Position: Architect
Academic Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture
Work Experience: 2 to 5 years in building construction
Skills: Detailing of interior and architecture design, experience in construction sites and understanding of construction technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and MS Office
5. Position: Structure Engineer
Academic Qualification: B.E.(M.E. preferable)
Work Experience: 5 years in building project analysis, design and supervision
Skills: Able to identify analysis and solve problems
- Willing to contribute and adhere to the safety requirements of the operation
6. Position: Project Engineer MEP(Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)
Academic Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering(Preferable Master degree)
Work Experience: 5 years in operation & maintenance of Hotels
Skills: Communication and team working skill
7. Position: Supervisor(Civil)
Academic Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Sub-Overseer from CTEVT
Work Experience: 3 years in building construction
