The Leaf Hospitality is a growing small luxury and boutique Hotels and Resorts business in Nepal with a mission of becoming a leader in the segment. We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals for the following posts:
1. Civil Engineer(MEP) -1
The Chief Engineer will have the responsibility to manage all engineering/maintenance operations including, but not limited to, maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant(s) with particular attention towards safety, security and assets protection. S/he will also be accountable for managing budgets, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance tasks and energy conservation. S/he will be responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements and will lead the emergency response team for all property issues whenever required. Individuals possessing a mechanical engineering background are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience, preferably in a medium to large 5 star hotel or resort in a similar position.
2. Interior Designer - 1
The Interior Designer must have a civil engineering background and must have had previous experience in interior works. S/he must have the capacity to manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects' interior in a timely, safe and sustainable manner.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in overall interior designing.
