Project Managers
Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with various clients and consultants, preparing BOQ for real estate projects, allocating and monitoring human resources, planning and monitoring CPM for new and existing projects, coordinating with site execution team and profit maximization of projects. Further, Project Manager is also responsible for various post construction activities and customer relationship management.

- 30-40 years of age group
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. Master's Degree in Management would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience as Project Manager in a residential/ commercial construction. Plus minimum 5 years field experience in residential/commercial construction within Nepal.
- Should have knowledge of site development and residential construction techniques, permitting, and inspections. Working knowledge of applicable building, sanitary, and electrical code standarda.
- Should be highly proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
Senior Engineers
Senior Engineer is responsible for carrying out and delivering practical engineering solutions for assigned projects. He/she is responsible on projects for planning & cost control, supervision, material, contract administration, quality, safety, quantity surveying and timely delivery.
- 28-32 years of age group
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experience relevant to the position. Demonstrated experience in a residential/commercial/hydro power construction
- Proven ability to direct the work of others, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other divisions and the public.
- Should be proficient in MS Project and other MS Office applications
- Must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
