Caritas Nepal is a national humanitarian non-profit making social organization. Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is assisting Caritas Nepal to help rebuild Nepal after the devastating earthquakes of 25 April and 12 May. CRS has a long-term commitment to providing high quality relief and recovery assistance to help Nepalese build back better. The program will include distributions of vital shelter and other non-food items for thousands of households in affected areas in and around Gorkha and Sindhupalchowk.
Open Positions and their basic requirements are below. All positions require excellent written and spoken English, as well as competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel):
Hygiene Promotion/Building Back Better Program (Gorkha Based):
Program Officers (4 Openings - Gorkha Based): Civil Engineer and/or Construction Engineer with 3-5 years professional experience. Good understanding of stone masonry, spring catchments and Gravity Fed Systems , and toilets with septic tanks
