OPERATION MANAGERS
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in Engineering or Management would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience as Operation/ Construction Manager in a residential/ commercial construction. Plus minimum 5 years field experience in residential/commercial construction within Nepal.
• Should have knowledge of site development and residential construction techniques, permitting, and inspections. Working knowledge of applicable building, sanitary, and electrical code standards.
• Should be highly proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
SENIOR ENGINEERS
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in management would be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years experience relevant to the position. Demonstrated experience in a residential/ commercial/ hydro power construction.
• Proven ability to direct the work of others; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other divisions and the public.
• Should be proficient in MS Project and other MS Office applications.
• Must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
SENIOR OVERSEERS / SUB OVERSEERS
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in a residential/ commercial construction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to mobilize labors at project sites.
• Should be proficient in using AutoCad, MS Word & Excel.
• Should have good reporting skills.
