Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) is a semi-autonomous national institution established by the act of CTEVT in 1990. Its mission is to contribute distinctly to the quality of TVET programs and services in Nepal, in Asia and beyond. TITI intends to select and employ a number of expert trainers/professionals (full time, part time or as resource persons) on service contract basis to enhance the quality of its programs and services by means of training, education and research.
Interested candidates with M. S., M. Phil. and Ph. D. degree in a relevant field; or at least a Masters degree (with excellent grade records and outstanding academic performance) in one of the TVET related subjects as defined by the CTEVT bye-laws can apply (subject areas include engineering, science/tech/IT, livestock, agriculture, health, management, development studies, education, hospitality, community development). Advanced level training and experience as trainer, curriculum developer, facilitator or researcher in Nepal and abroad will be an advantage. Proficiency in the use of IT and computers and fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali languages are basic requirements.
Only short-listed candidates will be invited to appear in the written test, performance test and personal interview. All credentials will be checked during the selection process. Short-listing and selection will be on merit basis. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained.
Terms and conditions of services, and salary and incentives for the selected candidates will be negotiated within the scope of TITI norms and level of employment matching with the level of proven qualification, expertise and experience of the individual candidates.
