Qualification
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Job Description
• Quantity estimation and bill preparation.
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk, value management, and cost control.
Requirements
• Preferably, 3 years of work experience in the related industry.
• Should have a sound understanding of quantity estimation and bill preparation.
• Should be able to work under pressure and finish work within stipulated deadline.
• Should possess a good communication skill.
2) Supervisor
Qualification
• Minimum Requirement: Certificate Level
Job Description
• Construction supervision and manpower handling.
Requirements
• Preferably, 3 years of work experience in building construction.
• Should have a sound understanding of construction supervision and manpower handling.
• Should possess effective leadership skill and must be able to produce results under pressure and within stipulated deadline.
• Good communication skill is a must.
