Civil Engineers and Electrical/Sanitary Sub-Engineers Job Vacancy @ a Trading cum Construction Company

A reputed Kathmandu based Trading cum Construction Company is looking for the individual complying with the following requirements.

1. Office Manager: 1 Nos

• Must have good knowledge in managerial works for 5 years, should be able to handle international correspondence independently

• Must have BE civil engineering with experience in building construction and creative vision shall be preferred

 

2. Technical Coordinator: 1 Nos

• Must have BE Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in Building Construction.

• Must be skilled in project co-ordination, organize and supervise all technical staffs & deal with clients, writing proposal/reports, quality control & check bills.

 

3. Structure Engineer: 2 Nos

• Must have BE Civil Engineering with structure analysis specialization

• At least 3-5 years experience in design analysis of steel structure and building construction, preparing shop drawings, BOQ, cost estimate and rate analysis.

• Preferably experienced in fabrication & erection (Truss & Steel Structure), workshop base work.

 

4. Civil Engineer: 4 Nos

• Must have BE Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of working experience in building construction, supervision, preparing BOQ, specification and prepare bills.

• Knowledge of fabrication and erection (Truss & Steel) will be preferable.

 

5. Overseer (Electrical/Sanitary): 2 Nos Each

• Must have Diploma in Electrical/Sanitary

• At least 3-5 years of work experience in building construction.
