KIRDARC nepal is an NGO dedicated to Democracy, Human Rights, Peace Building, Plural Media and Equitable Development in Karnali region since 1999. It works with a mission to enable karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization.
It has been implementing various projects in Karnali Region with funding support from different Funding partners. At this moment it is looking for applications from eligible and competent Nepali citizens for the following position:
WASH Coordinator - 1(Based in Surkhet with frequent field visits)
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Qualifications and Key Competencies: Master degree in sociology or related development field with Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Water Resource Management or Environmental Engineering and having at least 5 years of professional experience in WASH program planning, designing, and implementation; facilitating multi-stakeholders process; in-depth understanding of national and international WASH policies, capacity building skills pro-active, innovative and committed to travel remote areas for monitoring and supporting the project team.
