Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Western Nepal (RWSSP-WN) Phase II is a bilateral development cooperation project funded by the governments of Nepal and Finland. The phase II starts in September 2013 and will end September 2018.
The overall objective is improved health, socio-economic status and fulfillment of the equal right to water and sanitation for the inhabitants of the Project area. The purpose of Phase II is the poorest and excluded households’ rights to access safe and sustainable domestic water, good health and hygiene ensured through a decentralised governance system. We strengthen the capacity of local governments in 9 districts to deliver services in water supply, sanitation and hygiene. All activities are implemented by the local bodies.

The RWSSP-WN Phase II now invites applications from qualified professional Nepalese citizens for the following posts in the Technical Assistance team, based in the Project Support Unit (PSU) in Pokhara with frequent travel to project working areas.
